So see picture. window is set at 80" aff. but the parameter says its 81"...the window family, doesnt have a setting for the head height, but in the family it seems right. I cant figure out whats going on to fix it.

These are built-in parameters associated with ‘top’ and ‘bottom’ ref. planes. In your case, those ref planes are not on top and bottom of your window. Just reassign T&B ref planes and all should work fine.
