I am having a problem with the phasing graphic overrides. I can set them to my preference just fine. However, whenever I update the linked architectural model, the graphic overrides reset to the architect's settings. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What do you mean by 'update the linked architectural model' ?

My phases are mapped to the architect's and the names match.  This has happened on literally every project I've worked on, no matter the architect or version of Revit.  I'm wondering if it has something to do with our procedures.  When we get an update, we are downloading the architect's model and overwriting the version saved on our local server.  I assume that's the way most firms do it.

Are you using a 'view template' to manage the view graphic overrides ?

No, I'm referring to the graphic overrides in the phase settings.  See the attached photo.

Follow the instructions on this page below and save it all to a View Template. Then you can use the view template to reset things after you reload the link ?
