If you use the default Double click option for sketched elements (roofs, floors, stairs etc) (see attached image) you can just double click a floor etc to edit the footprint. Saves a step from selecting the floor etc and then having to click the Edit Boundary button. In my case I'm modifying about 200 balcony slabs so saves lots of time and gets me out on the golf course 15 minutes earlier lol I also have the 'select elements by face' enabled so I can do it from a plan view.
