I just need to make a banquette with a simple button tuft, not sure how to do this. I searched and found posts on this topic, but they were from 10+ years ago, so I figured I'd ask again because maybe revit has changed?

TIA

If I understand what you mean, you could make a simple stuffed seat then add circular void sweeps to cut the button areas out.
