I am modeling custom residential home using Andersen A-Series double hung, casement and picture windows. I am trying to get grills on picture window to match double hung without success. I called Andersen BIM support and the fella I spoke with did not know Revit software and took a message for someone who did to call me back. Attached is a screen shot showing double hung on left with colonial grid on top sash of 3 lights wide x 2 lights high and on left of the picture window of same size with modified colonial pattern but the lights in the Type Properties do not match the model grill which displays as 5 lights wide x 2 lights high. Any advice is appreciated.
