Hi Mr Spot - I need to ask the community if anyone has a specific door family but I'm confused by your last post:

"I'm finding a lot of people are using it as a "does anyone have XX family?".  Please post these types of queries in the General forum so the factory don't need to sort through these types of queries."

In the description of the Wishlist forum on the Forums front page it specifically says "Cannot find the download you're looking for?... Request it here!"

You mention the "General Forum" for requesting families but, on the front page, the "General Discussion" is broken down into "Revit Project Management", "Revit ROI" and "wishlist". If none of these is the appropriate forum to request additional families can you provide a link to the correct one?

Some members only monitor one of the forums subject areas and wishlist is one of those.   To find a specific question, you can search the appropriate forum area.  I typically just look at "Today's posts" which shows all of the forum posts from all of the subject areas in the last 24 hours.

So - post on the wish-list forum - it will be ssen.
