We are modelling a large college and need to create C Sheets ( Room Layouts) for each room. Aside from room plan, wall elevations and ceiling plan, we need to have a schedule that lists all the equipment in the room.Currently we are duplicating a schedule, changing the room and then placing that one the sheet. Is there any addins that anyone knows about that can automatically generate multiple room equipment schedules?Thank you in advance.

You want multiple individual schedules, not a schedule that lists all in one schedule organized by room, correct?

Dynamo?

Are you looking for Equipment Schedule only or like WWHub states Multiple Individule Schedule?

If the later, then just as he said "Dynamo".

Our office standard is to have FF&E Schedule, Furniture, Fixture and Equipment schedule as attached.

I also attached a family, which you can use it as a sample to create your own schedule.

Thanks all for your feedback. I figured it out using what tools we have.I was looking to automate the production of a schedule for a specific room that lists the kit placed inside the room. We have 420 rooms and the furniture in the room varies in category from furniture, to casework, to plumbing fixtures and so on. So I will need multiple schedules.

The solution was to use and addin we have a license for called ARUtils. We normally use this to automatically create all the C sheets. All I did was tell it to not create any sheets, elevation views or plans and just create the schedule based on a template schedule. It did 100 rooms in under 2 minutes. Top Stuff.
