How do I create the sheet page number on a sheet. the sheet of 20 is easy but I cant figure out how to create a lable that will sync with my sheet order on my index.

Sorry,
I want to have a label on a sheet that says this sheet is "1 of 40 sheets" for the cover sheet 30 of 40 sheets" for the 30th sheet in the set, so on.. I would also call it page numbering.
I want it to self propogate so I do not have to go change numbers. i want to edit the title block as to the number of sheets then have the sheet order / page number automatically fill itself in. Maybe from my drawing index?

Sorry - not going to happen. You want it backwards but Revit reads the drawing list from the sheet.
