I don't know how to make this, so I thought I would ask here. I need an exterior wood stud siding wall with a 3' tall brick fascia on the bottom.
Anyone know how to do this?

to explain that on this forum would take a really long time... not that I'm not willing, but there's an easier way. I suggest you take the tutorial that comes with revit entitled "Working with Vertically Compound Walls"
