Just a tip for schedules in REVIT. Took me a long time to realize this one. When you try to filter in a REVIT Schedule the value you are filtering for is 'CasE SensaTive'. So as an example if you filter for an instance comment 'cmu' it will not pick up the elements that have CMU or Cmu etc. see image.
