Revit 2017 - I have attached a 3d view that I am attempting to add a parapet cap to the wall. I don't seem to be able to draw in 3d any suggestions how I should apporach this.

@Ibchristian, Make a profile of the cap and use that profile in the wall sweep. I always use that for parapet copings.

I understand how to do a sweep when creating a family. But How do I add a sweep with a sloping wall top. Outside of creating a family. Thanks Byron

It is the same process but in your case, it is done in the project - wall sweep.

excellent video I have attached what I have. Can the capp be trimmed back to show part of the wall top? IF so How would you trim it? Thanks Byron
