Installed 2019.1
I have reinstalled REVIT 2019.1, but find the RPC content is not loading. Little cubes/boxes appear in 3d views. The tree plan is ok, but only a cube in 3d and no rendered images.
I have searched on the web and various suggestions refer to the family and to resaign the image etc. But in the propertis window there are no 3d images. Before resinstaling 2019.1, the previous 2019.1 installation was working fine.
I can open the sample archtectural file, this shows trees in 3d... in the shaded view, but when switched to realistic, the trees and other RPC vanish.
If I open a tree family, there is a cube, if I select a visible 3d tree from the sample file and paste it into the family editor, it becomes a cube.
I am not sure where the rpc content folders are to see if the images etc ahve actually been installed, or if there is a problem with a plug in or some routine that calls up the rpc content. All file directories are as the desfault instalation.
