Please help!

In Revit 2017, I have  a plan view which shows default Autodesk windows as cut by the cut plane, while they are 1' above it.

I tried to change the family cut plane, no success.

No links, no underlay, no worksets, no design options.

Other categoties are shown correctly in that view. What could be the reason?

Thank you.

Forgot to say - no plan regions, no hidden elements. Walls (window hosts) are displayed properly. "Hidden line" and coloured view style.

Check the family again.   If any part of the family is cut then that will cause the family to show.

Thanks. I checked it. The windows were Autodesk standard ones. However, I changed the top of the view and many other things. It is good now. I believe, it was a view range, but not the cut plane, rather it was the top. What do you think?

Thank you again for the reply.
