I have attached two views Elevation and 3d. When I draw the scafolds they appear in both views and my plan as it should be. But when I draw my knee brace to support the scafold they show in the 3d but not in the elevation.
I have tryied.
Looking at hidden in views and location of braces and Phasing but nothing is helping. Can anyone suggest what may be going on.

Check your elevation line location in plan, if it is cutting the scaffolding, your settings may not let these elements show.
