I want a lable in tittle block which show user name or computer name in Tittle block to get to know whom edited last. in Revit.

in Cad its easyly possible but in revit there was not such option.

You are saying that in CAD, it would automatically change the name to show who was editing it last - no imput from the user?  Really?  What release did they add that function.
