Looking for someone to possibly assist me in preparing residential house plans. At this point it seems that I could be busy for quite some time on an ongoing project, providing house plans for a developer. Still in the "courtship" phase, but all indications point to a positive outcome. Just testing the waters to see if there is any interest. Again, details still have to be worked out, just wanted to get this out there in case there should be an interest and a need. Even though I am currently livining in SE Indiana; I cut my teeth in Wisconsin building custom homes for 12 years. I am very familiar with the area and trends and would be very interested in in some sort of collaborative effort. Please contact me if you are interested as well and we can talk. I do get up to Wisconsin quite often since I have family that lives there and I try to get to the north woods as often as possible.

I'm still in the early stages and feeling out if this is going to pan out. I'm currently drawing a few houses so we'll see how it goes. If you want to forward your resume, I'll be happy to keep it on file.

i would be interesteed in providing you with assistance. i am located in Australia but have done some work in California. it may be cheaper for you to use us as well given the exchange rate. i would be interested in providing any service you may need. we are not 100% up to date with structural requrements over there but are proicient in revit so would be able to provide fast turn around of preliminary drawings or to a stage that suits you.

Thanks for the response. Again, I'm waiting to see how this unfolds. If you'd like, send a resume and sample of your work. I'd also like to know what your compensation rate might be. Icon Residential W3119 Hwy 54 Seymour, WI 54165 Attn: Randy Quist Post edited on 2006-07-15 22:25:12
