Good day!

We are working on a project with some blocks being mirrors of one another. So let's say block 4 is a mirror of block 7. I completed block 7 and when I load this into Block 4 everything is fine except for: Some tags, marks of windows, floor marks and apartment numbers are overlapping. Is there any way to keep those behaving normally?

Thank you.

You say 'blocks' but can I assume you really mean groups?

Even though Revit has improved a lot, I still do not like to mirror groups.  Some things just go whacky.  So I like to mirror elements and create a new group.

Mirroring labels and tags also can have issues.  I am very careful about what tags I place in a group because of later editing ptoblems.  Sometimes I might include something like a room or door tag for initial placements but I typically remove them from the groups for visual adjustments and especially scheduling.  I learned the hard way in 2006 to not edit scheduled elements that were in groups.

By "blocks" I meant building blocks. We have a project consisting of 9-storey 10 buildings (blocks). Apologies for not making  this clear. So when I open Block 4 the Block 7 is linked to the open file. Which means there are no elements in Block 4 file except for the links. The mirrored link of block 7 is going as Block 4 to the printer. The problem however is the tags which start flying.

Mirroring 10 storey block towers sounds scary to me. Lots of things could go wrong. My immediate thoughts are all your annotations centre justified?Check this.http://myselfishthoughts.blogspot.com/2014/04/revit-mirroring-large-project.html
