Revit 2018.3
When I place a graphic, is shows additional 2d graphics. When I edit the family, I cannot see the 2d graphics.
I don’t think this is a bug, I think I just done understand where these additional graphics are coming from.

In family editor, open the same view that you are seeing all these extra things. Eg. Plan view. In plan, open up visibility graphics and turn everything on in all tabs. Does it appear? if so delete it/edit it. If it doesn't appear, does the family have another family child linked into it? If so you may need to open up that family by clicking it and clicking edit family in ribbon and repeat aforementioned process. It could be data hard coded into the family that can't be edited out. So you may need to create the family from scratch.
