So I took a PDF spec off internet. Raterized it to JPEG, placed it on a drafting view. The drawing itself is an NTS (not to scale) drawing, so I mess with the scale setting in drafting view to make the image fit nicely on the sheet. But then the title tag shows a scale, that doesn't really relate... How can I hide this? or turn it off? I cant create a hide region or hide it in the settings. see pic.

Create a title family that doesn't have the scale.... maybe says no scale.
