I want my level head to display both values for all views, to look like this: Ground Floor 0.00 = 165m Crying165m being the Geodetic elevation of the Ground Floor).

I am trying to modify a level head family to show two elevation labels. One to display the Project Elevation and the other one to read the Project elevation and add the Geodetic height to it through a formula.

I keep getting an error when trying to define the formula, saying the units are inconsistent. I am stuck at this point... can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

My personal choice when it comes to levels is to use "Geodetic Elevations" for everything and where key sizes need to be defined, I put in a dimensions. Using Geodetic for your levels and for the spot elevations tool forces the contractor to get the height correct relative to the site conditions rather than arbitary measurements. In Level Heads, Revit either wants Geodetic or the other but it can't do both. This is logical. As both are confusing. Are you 0.00 above sea level or are you 165m above sea level? Try defending that in court when the planning officer refuses approval after your parapet is too high.A cheat in your instance might be to add in a bit of dumb Text after the Ground Floor Label. Give its visibility an on/off parameter and a parameter title such as "Ground Level". Then repeat these steps for each level in your project. Frankly it will be a pain the arse to have to change them each time you create a new section or elevation and it will expose you and your team to human error. But knock yourself out.
