Hi everyone,

I have an issue with a wall hosted (flat) railing. All model was made in R2017 but I had to upgrade it to R2018 and after this my railing went crazy (please see attachments). It's about this small diagonal part of the path. In R2017 everything works fine. Changing directions cause other problems with the railing.

I have no idea, but i would try something like export it as a group and then inserting it into the upgraded model.....and see what happens

i would try imitating the old type with a similar new one created on RVT 2018 if its a bug then everything will work fine

Thanks guys!

I managed to work around this issue: basically changed direction of the path, then part of the railing created a step and went down but I edited it and used as a host top rail with bottom offset and somehow it works.
