Howdy all, 

Having a little difficulty trying to make a symblic line do 2 things at once. I have searched high and low but not having much joy. 

I have a purlin family, not sure where it originally came from that I want to be able to control the symbolic line visability with check boxes.

I want the symbolic line to be either left or right(which works at the moment) , additionally I want it to be either long or short (instance based so some can be long and some can be short)

I cant seem to figure out how to make it do both. I have  all the symbolic lines in place and have the left and right vis parameters set but cant do the long and short at the same time, I think it will be an "if" statement controling a seperate vis parameter but not sure how to go about it.

I have attached a shot of the family and what I am trying to achieve from an Autocad job (this is our company standard)

I am happy to load the family once it works for all to use

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
