using templates is most helpful, but is there a way to apply this to sheets/title blocks?
for example we have two different title blocks, one for planning documents and one for construction documents. as we know we can not have one view on two sheets. we can control the displayed content of a view using templates but can we control the display of a sheets title block in a like manner?
thanks
james

I think this may be your solution.
With both titleblocks loaded into the project, right click on the one titleblock that is currently in use and switch them all t0o the other titleblock.
