When I am in any sketch mode ,whether filled region, Scketching floors or roofs, I have been getting the fatal error window and of coarse have to save to recovery.
But this has been getting so bad that now the first line I even start in skecth mode usually goes to fatal error.
Are there any patches out there to fix this?
Using Revit 2018

Are you using legitimate or pirated software ?
Maybe try turning on / hardware acceleration in the Options. Always worth a shot.
If it's legit, reinstall it and or contact your Autodesk reseller.

I did have some success just rebooting system.
