when i click Modify Sub Elements problem on a complex floor i have a problem when i go into a section view.

i see every point on that floor in the section, even the ones behind the section and it is very very confusing trying to align the relevant points to a point cloud.

is there anyway to switch this off so i only see the points my section is crossing over and not the entire thing

thanks for any help you provide

Do it from a 3d view and just turn on the 'section box' for that view to crop the view distance. The 3D view can still look at the floor / roof like a 2d section view.

what i do is, having both views open, 3d and section, i choose the desired point in the 3dview then i i go to the section view and manipulate it there.
