I have downloaded a beautiful base plate with grout, anchor bolts, and nuts but when I open it. It requires an upgrade to 2018. When it does it wans me and deletes the nuts. Can anyone help with a trick or how to fix this? I am new to Revit. Thank you - Byron

Could be a number of reasons to be honest.
Maybe the nuts have a parameter associated with them that allows the user to turn them off.
Maybe the nuts are child familys within a parent family and the nut family is corrupted or causing parametric clashes so it does not load in after the upgrade.
Upload it to here and I'll take a wee look.
