I have nominated elements as existing, demolition and new construction in Revit.
I would now like to simply create a couple of drawings off the same plans (sounds simple) by changing the phasing in the 'sheets'.
When I place my plans into sheets they become unavailable to new sheets, so I cannot use 1 sheet for demolition then another for new construction (using the same plans).
any help would be appreciated

Yo have to duplicate the existing view by right clicking on the plan<duplicate & then change phase in view properties to demolish. Same for the proposed view. You will have 3 seperate drawings from the same view.
