Any idea why a Spot Elevation and a Level would return different values in the same view when they are both set to Survey? The spot elevation is 1/12th the Level elevation. (i.e 8'-4" Spot Elevation vs. 100' level elevation.) Weird. This happens in 4 files that all linked to the site plan. In the site plan the Spot Elevations and levels match.

Here are 2 quick screen shots. The 1st showing the Spot Elevation properties, the 2nd the Level properties. In both the Elevation Origin is set to Survey Point.
(I set the Spot Elevation units to read decimal to check the math. 91.33 feet divided by 12 equals 7.61, changing back to Architectural units makes no difference. See the 3rd shot.)
