I'd really like to tag all my doors and windows in my Legends...the elevation sheet of all the project doors and windows.
How is this accomplished?

I would like to do this also. Using Revit 9.1. Is it possible or do you have to make symbols to look like the tags?

I have spent hours trying to figure this out with RAC 2008. It appears the only solution is to create a "dummy" tag that allows you to edit the text on an INSTANCE basis. Of course the problem is that it is not tied to the same information in the door/window data. So if you change the type mark of a window in either plan, elevation, schedule, or element properties, it WILL NOT update in the window legend. This should be at the top of Autodesk's list for next release improvements as it is counter to what Revit is all about.
