Hey All,
Having an issue (hopefully there is a simple solution). Typically we don't use many worksets for our projects but this is a stadium with a lot of seating so it's on a separate workset...
For the most part I want this workset to be "Inactive" and gray but when my "Gray inactive Worksets" is turned on all my Annotations are also grayed out... WHY?
Can i get my annotations back to normal??
Thanks in advance!

i think the better process for what you need is to create a view filter for that workset and set it to halftone and then apply it to the desired view templates

Not all annotations are greyed out - correct? Only those tyed to the inactive workset like tags.
Elnazer2 has the proper answer.
You say you have a lot of seats. Making a workset inactive doesn't improve efficiency of operation, the tool for that is to unload that workset.

Thanks by the way guys. I guess i was trying do the wrong thing. I wanted the workset to be turned off for efficiency but still show up as "greyed out" or "transparent" but this is not a possibility.
I just ended up turning off the workset when not required and turning back on to create PDF's or prints.
Thanks again..
