is it possible? i need to have void when i turn wall 90 deg in plan. this is for tilt up project and the way panels are joined is, there is miter with 3/4" gap at corners. thanks

Yes, you can create an in place void to show this.

i can, but it does not adjust when one of the wall are moved

You are correct, you can not make this automatic with an in-place family. There are some possibilities with a hosted family but I doubt that would be worth the efoort unless you have multiple projects and locations that need this.
