I've created a Hollowcore Slab Mass in revit, the thing is I need to diagonal trim it to make it match with a wall. I tried many ways to do this, and still don't find the answer, can you help me?

Why don't you use OOTB family. It can be cut with the ref. plane.

You could create an inplace family. Go to plan, create a void extrusion tha covers the parts you want to remove and use cut to apply void to already modelled elements.

OOTB = Out Of The Box, meaning it came with the revit software as a part of it's library.

There are also a few slab families on this site - just search for them.
