Soffits drawn using the Roof Soffit tool don't schedule quantities. I'm curious to learn if someone has drawn a soffit another way e.g., as a funny roof, or other Revit element in order to schedule it?

If needed for scheduling, Create a new roof type and call it soffit. Use a flat roof and draw it on plan around wall/eaves. If a sloping soffit to a gable, same but sloping flat roof.
