Hello,
I created a new project with a template I have set up and am not able to place spaces. The spaces exist in the architectural file, but when I load it in to my drawing I can't create them. I checked room bounding as well.

Please understand that Revit spaces and Revit rooms are two different things. What are you trying to use?

Spaces typically are not in an architectural file, they are used in MEP files.
Make sure you have the right categories on in your MEP view and follow these instructions.
