Hello there,

Do you know how to make it convert from wall 220mm to 110mm at corner using fillet-arc? Please see the picture for example.

Sorry, there is no way for revit to do this automatically.   You could use two different walls at that curve, an inner wall and an outer wall with appropriate inner or outer only layers.

You don't say what your wall is, is it multi-layerd or sigle material?

What I had suggested was to define 2 new walls, one with the exterior material and one with the interior material.   Then create those two walls in yor location and join them to your other walls.

Make the first arch with Finish Face Exterior and copy it down to create the transition.
