hello, i'm trying to copy a set of studio lights from one floor to others (17) but they always result in the same floor.
Does anyone know how can i achieve this?
I tried pasting them to selected levels and copying them in a section view level to level.
none of them worked.

So let me know if this is the same procedure you are using:
You already have ceilings on these other floors that do not have lights in them.
You copy the lights from the ceiling that has them and then you select the pull down menu under "paste" and you choose "Aligned to selected levels".
You then choose all the other levels that you want to paste to and click "OK".
Assuming that you ARE doing it that way, my next suspicion would be that the ceiling heights are not the same as the floor you are copying from. This will sometimes give you a warning that they can't be cut out of their host. The other culprit could be the fixture itself is perhaps "face based" as opposed to "ceiling hosted". Either way you will probably just have to do each floor individually except for the ones that have a similar ceiling height.
