Hi all !  I got a project (RVT file) from another firm, and i am beginning to using that file for my purposes, and starting to clean it up, but i want to purge or delete or clean up the revisions.

My biggest question, is how do i maintain the latest version/revisions but while deleting and cleaning up these revisions so they do not get in my way.   i pretty much am using thier model for our work with in our trade.

Do revisions store model information or is it literally just annotation and clouds? like if a revision shows a wall  or window move 2 feet, and i delete the revision will that also move the wall or window back 2 feet to where it was originally????

I do not need thier info or revisions, i just want to make sure I have the latest condition of the project while deleting revisions at the same time.

Revision tags and clouds are only annotative.   No model association.
