I linked in an architectural Revit model to my custom Structural template Origin to Origin and it came in at a different elevation. The elevations 100'-0" are 732' appart! I tried to move the linked file to match the corresponding Level, but elevations seem to be still mismatched: my 100'-0" now corresponds to -632' of Linked model. I just cannot figure this out for few days now! I would appreciate some help! Thank you

I normally use Auto - By Shared Coordinates.See this link...
