I am just a newbie on Revit, starting to read more and watch youtube tutorial but i cant find any family templates nor library to use it on my sample project?

I had problems uploading and then linking the file paths this year. The download crashed on two new computers so I downloaded the program then the content files separately.
This is the file location. Program Data is sometimes a hidden folder. You show hidden files in windows explorer in the Organize pull down menu>Folder and search options> View tab > click the radio button "Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2018\Libraries\US Imperial
