Hi all,
I work for a transportable homes company that uses standard half trusses in a lot of the basic homes. We typically put no eave on a wall which has a verandah - this is achieved by simply cutting the tails off the truss frames. The problem that I am having is that revit automatically adjusts the ridgeline to suit, meaning it is no longer over the middle of the house which is where the house is split in two (I need it to stay in the centre).
Is there anyway to 'cut the tails' off the eaves and just have a typical cut off eave instead of it aligning ridge lines itself? Example attached.

Set the lines that define the roof pitch as those furthermost from the ridge. Do not select the lines that form part of the verandah cutout.
