The entire time I was developing the interiors package on this project, I was able to see the colors of the proposed materials with Consistent Colors view.  Now, a few months later, when I have to present to the client, all finishes are grayed out regardless of graphics view setting(Shaded or Consistent Colors).  The patterns (as defined in at the MATERIAL level) are showing up and accurate. I've read previous threads regarding similar issues, and the first response is, "you didn't set up your materials accurately"; however, just a few months ago, as I was developing the theory, everything was fine, not to mention, i've used these materials time and time again on several projects with no issue.

1. I've doubled checked my materials and both the APPEARANCE and GRAPHICS on all finishes have been set up correctly - as mentioned before, they are frequently used.  I've enclosed graphics citing an example of the floor finishes for your reference.

2. I've played with COARSE, MEDIUM and FINE settings - no difference.

3. I've looked at the VISIBILITY/GRAPHICS settings to see if something was overridden...all settings are standard, no overrides, NO FILTERS.

4.  I've tried painting the accurate materials on finish surfaces - no change.

5.  I've looked at the SHADED and CONSISTENT color settings - all revit standard settings, no overrides.

6. Phasing - shows PREVIOUS + NEW, revit standard, no overrides.  All finishes were developed under NEW CONSTRUCTION phase.

What have I not considered?
