Because there's no possibility to place spot elevation that shows only structure layer of floors on plans (is there?) I made floor tag with "elevation at top core" and "elevation at bottom core" labels but it adds 20 cm to the real value on several floors. Then I tried to add formula but it's not effective because you have to check if it shows extra centimeters or not on each floor.

Floors aren't offset from levels and they have only 1 cm of finish layer.

I work on 2017.

Anyone?

If your floor only includes the structure layer, this works just fine.  We often used a seperate thin floor for finishes like tile.

I would make seperate floors but now it's too late I think.

And when you have more than one structure layer it also adds extra centimeters? 20?

Never really too late for this.  You can edit your floor removing the finish layer and placing the floor lower than your finish floor level if needed.

Regarding the extra 20 cm - We would have to see more information on this.  Are you sure you have all the updates on 2017 installed?

Yes. I checked it because I found this: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Foundation-families-in-Revit-show-faulty-dimension-paremeter-values.html

But nothing about floors.
