We are working to assemble a masterplan model. Annoyingly we have encountered a problem that the unhide in viewed option is greyed out for one of the linked files. The original from this file came from a sketchup file changed into a revit file so not sure if that is the issue

Check all tabs of your visibility settings. Check your global worksets and manage links options. Check to see if a view template is applied to the view.
