Revit 2016

We have a text type we named Production Notes which is intended to be used by our internal team only for making mark-ups within Revit and drawing the users attention to items in Revit that need modification from our template file. For example, in our template we have our standard partition notes legend already placed on a sheet. We have a production note that points to the note indicating the typical partition type. The production notes says to verify standard partition type. We have similar notes on most every sheet in the set.

My question is whether or not there is a simple one or two-click way to toggle the visibility of a specific text type (i.e. Production Notes) in all views and sheets. I'm trying to avoid people hiding the production notes in the view when they go to print, because more than likely they won't unhide it when they are done and this takes a fair amount of time. I also don't want them to delete the production notes unless the task outlined has been completed.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

i can think of 2 fast ways , one of them is printing from a detached file where you delete all the notes before printing and then you continue work with the same old file , the second way is to  delete these notes on the main file >>> Print >>> Go to a back up file >>> select all instances in all project from a specific level >>>> go back to main file and paste aligned to current view

( pasting text accuratly you will have to copy and paste from the same view in both files )

Since there is no 'Invisible' text in Revit, we chose to have working views where we could put as many reminder/instruction notes as we needed because these views are never sheeted.  We ask our user only to work from these views for model changes.   Obviously, you have to work in the sheeted view for contract noting and dimensioning.
