Dear All, I tried to make an adaptive family for roof covering. The profile contains two ribs on its two side and between a sheet. The family have to follow a double curved surface, so I applied 3x2 or 4x2 or 5x2...etc points to create it. I want that the angle between the ribs and the sheet always be fixed (don't lie down for example). Actualy if I put the family to a double curved surface it isn't work as you can see the attached picture. I tried different solutions to fix the ribs but the problem always the same or overconstrained the element. Does anyone have some idea to fix it? I attached the profile in dwg format and printscreens of the actualy problems.I work with Revit2016. Thanks!
