Hello all,
I'm using 2017 and for some reason my keynotes keep disassociating with the keynote number. If I re-tag it, the number appears for a while but then disappears for some reason. This also seems to be happening with "linework" that I perform. I'll change a solid line for example into an "overhead" line, and when I revisit the view, gone!
I'm attaching an image where you can see that the boxed keynote is empty, but its property is still referencing the text.
Anyone experiencing this?
Thanks

Time to rview your process. Are you sure you fully understand keynoting elements? Users often tag the wrong item which later disappears and they don't understand instance based vs type based. We can't see what you are tagging and what it's properties are, only you can dig deeper into this problem.

Yes, I understand types and instances with regard to families. Yes, I understand element, user and material keynoting. Anyone else in the revit community who has experienced what I'm referring to will know what I'm talking about. If you don't know the answer to the question, please don't feel you have to reply. You seem to have decided that if YOU can't solve the problem, then no one else here can either.
