Hi.

I want some of my panels nontransparent. Their surface is the same glass as in transparent ones but deeper there are few more layers.

I made a wall with layers I wanted, changed the panels type to that wall and change category to "panel".

Everything works fine except the panels are transparent and I don't know how to change it. It looks like all panels are set to be transparent despite materials they're made of.

select panel -> edit type -> edit material -> duplicate material (optional but recommended) -> appearance tab -> transparency -> check the box to activate transparency if not already and then edit the properties

Nope.

It's a wall inserted in place of curtain panel. It has no transparency.

I'm lost.  You can always substitute a wall for a curtain panel but it still works like a wall.

And when you select that panel(wall) you can change its category (wall or panel).

But it displays with transparency... in my case the wall has few layers, none of them is transparent.
