Those gaps are where the walls created in previous phase intersect new walls. Change view phasing (phase filter) from ‘show new’, I assume that what your current setting is, to something that allows for the previous phase to be visible - ‘show previous + new’ for example.

I tried to override everything in the phase filter screen but it still does not show anything there.  Can I send someone the file to see what is causing this?

I'm not sure this is a phase issue, it may just be a modeling issue.  Are the two walls fully joined at the corner?- Check this out.

WW, the issue is not only at the corner. Looking at the other gap, to me, it looks like a phasing problem.

Wizard, can you upload your project so we can troubleshoot?

wizard - If it is a phase issue, remember there are two phase settings you have to control in a view - phase as well as phase filter.

Please do.

You can also make a copy of your project and purge all unused a few times. It should greatly reduce the file size.

RevitCity doesn't have PM services.

Please upload here or use Cloud.

I tried to move my building over about twice the distance of its size and the hole in the wall is gone now but the corner hole is still there.
