I wish I could link in PDF's to revit. Most existing drawings we have are in PDF form and I'd like to link them in to draw over top and make 3D.
AAlso, I'd like to be able to link in excel tables that the company already has created that work with cad files. I know there are add-ins you
ccan buy that do this so I don't understand why it isn't just apart of the program already. For now, we are still doing some schedules in cad....

With reference to your comment about PDF's, what we normally do in the office is convert that PDF to a .jpg file & then import it into a revit floor plan view to draw over. Not the quickest way I understand, but it is a workaround.
