I'm currently using Revit 2017

I have a revision schedule on my title block and one in my project that I put on my cover sheet. The one in the title block does a very nice job of showing all the revisions on that sheet (1, 2, 3, etc.). However, the one on my cover sheet (that is not hosted in the title block but is a placed project schedule) only shows the last revision for each sheet. So if I have revision number 1, 3 and 5 on a given sheet, it only shows revision #5 on the schedule.

I noticed the parameter is labled "Current Revision" but I guess I was wondering if there is a way to make a master revision schedule that shows all revisions on all sheets, not just the last one for each sheet.

As a follow up question, is there any way to add the consultants sheets (data row or somethign like that) to the revision schedule without having to make a dummy sheet to host the revision on? Pretty sure the answer is no, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

Thanks in advance!

Read this for including linked model sheets:

http://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2014/ENU/?caas=caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Revit-Plotting-sheets-from-a-linked-model.html

Sorry, the master sheet list will only show the last revisiuon on a sheet.  Maybe time for a Dynamo solution.

I am curious about one thing. Whats the reason to include someone elses sheets on a sheet list? (Nothing for or against it, just wonder why that happens.)

In our office, the main cover sheet shows a list of all drawings for the prime professional and all consultants.  The set is complete and is submitted that way to the authorities and contractors.   This is a standard in most of the US.
